KCS Professional Services, acting for and on behalf of Kent County Council (KCC) to create a national, user friendly, time and cost effective Framework Agreement for the supply of Employee Support Services and Benefits. Associated Services may extend beyond the scope of the Services purchased and may include areas such as End User support, integration and training. The Framework Agreement will be split into 3 LOTs: •LOT 1 - Occupational Health Services To include, but not be limited to: oTelephone support services oAttendance management advice oAttendance at case conference/reviews/court/tribunal oIll health retirement oVaccinations oAlcohol and drugs tests oSpecialist health surveillance oEmployee health surveillance (height, weight, BP, BMI etc.) oWorkstation and workplace assessments oPre-employment screening and medicals •LOT 2 - Employee Assistance Programmes To include, but not be limited to: oCounselling support (group or individual) oMediation oBullying and harassment support oWhistleblowing services oDebt support services oLegal services oCognitive behaviour therapy •LOT 3 - Employee Benefits To include, but not be limited to: oChildcare vouchers oLeisure facility discounts oRetail store discounts and promotions oLearning and development programme oPayroll giving scheme oReward and recognition scheme oGreen car scheme oCycle to work scheme
