Contract dependant on Siolta Chroi being successful in a LEADER application to Monaghan LEADER.Please see documents for details break down of work needed including drawings. To renovate 2 old farm buildings into a yoga/environmental education space and accommodation including waste-water treatment system.This is an environmental education building. The material used needs to be in line with that. Wall insulation needs to be hemp and roof ecocel or similar product spec given in a document attached along with the drawings.
