TUPE may apply to this contract.This service is for the provision of a service for young people in Caerphilly who are experiencing problems in relation to their own drug and/or alcohol use. The Service will be delivered on the basis of a tiered model of service provision relating services to different levels of need, from tier 1 through to 3 with a link to Tier 4 Services. It is important that these tiers are not viewed in isolation and that when working with children and young people that the roles of each of the tiers are acknowledged and that the tiers work together to deliver services to young people.The aim of this service is to provide a young persons substance misuse service to engage substance misusers in a continuum of service provision in order to reduce substance related harm and improve access to more rewarding and fulfilling lives. The contract is for a period of 3 years, with an option to extend for up to a further period of 12 months.
