Your Housing Group are soon to be moving into their brand new Head Office in Warrington. Applications are invited from suitably experienced organisations to tender for the above contract commencing June 2014 for a period of 3 years with an option to extend for 2 subsequent single years.The new building will include a Café with kitchen and storage facilities, 80-seat dining/training area, meeting and training rooms. Your Housing Group is seeking an outstanding caterer to introduce a new service offering healthy, nutritious and freshly prepared food and beverages throughout the day. The requirement will include hot and cold snacks, deli-bar, salads, sandwiches/baguettes and barista coffees for up to 250 staff based on site, occasional visitors, and a hospitality service for senior management, company meetings and training events. The ideal partner will share a love of good quality locally produced food, sustainability and the environment.The forecast turnover is 120 000 GBP per annum
