The Council requires a suitably qualified and experienced Provider to deliver a programme which combines community-based surveillance with comprehensive and sustained focus on tackling the factors that contribute to the young person's offending behaviour. The aim of the programme is to manage risks posed and bring structure to young offenders lives. Please see the attached documents for further information.
