Descriptions
Youth Support is a Families First funded service which will support vulnerable young people to manage their own wellbeing. The service will deliver support directly and coordinate wider networks of support. The service will assess needs, plan support and achieve outcomes jointly with young people and their families in a co-productive way. The service will promote resilience. This tender forms part of the recommissioning of the Denbighshire Families First programme from 2018-19 onwards.
