ASTON CLINTON SCHOOL - REPLACE FAILED FASCIAS

Replacement of existing fascias & toilet refurbishments including all ancilliary works. A risk based sourcing process was utilised for this restricted tender, based on our local investment initiative and following our contract procedure rules.

The works consist o Removal of Existing AIB soffits to 3 two storey blocks of flats in Winchester area and the subsequent renewal of the fascias, soffits and gutters in PVCu.

This tender is for the replacement of existing crittall windows, overcapping existing timber fascia's with PVCu, replacing timber soffits with PVCu and external decorations.

The works comprise of the renewal of fascias and soffits to a number of Bungalows and flats in the Winchester area.

Ardenglen Housing Association Ltd. intends to enter into a contract with one Contractor to carry out gutter replacement and overcladding to fascias and soffits works.
