A survey of AMR bacteria in whole head lettuce on sale in supermarket stores within the UK Lot 2 - Design, sampling, microbiological testing, data analysis, reporting and archiving of recovered bacteria and their AMR profiles requirements.

We anticipate the survey will be in two lots: Lot 1.Survey design, sample collection at retail and transportation to the testing laboratory. Lot 2.Microbiological testing, data analysis and reporting.
