HIE requires a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to provide construction services for the delivery of high quality business units and all associated infrastructure works for Phase 2 development at Eabhal Business Park, Isle of Benbecula. The project will involve undertaking the construction, site management and commissioning works (utilising the current Works Information) from the current Planning through to completion, accepting a one year maintenance responsibility for the finished product.
