Cheshire East Borough Council has entered into a contract for a Leisure Development Partner to support the development of the improved & economically sustainable leisure provision in Congleton. The project will ensure the delivery of a modernized leisure facility within the existing site (Congleton Leisure Centre) working with the current contracted leisure operators Everybody Sport and Recreation — ESAR —(the Trust). The contract will combine a minimum of: A new wet side facility and innovative links to the town centre. The contract will explore different innovative technical solutions to meet this requirement to deliver the Council's objectives. The contract term will be for 5 years covering; works, services and goods respectively.
