Descriptions
The objective of this RFT is to seek proposals from suitably qualified and resourced organisations for the ongoing management and development of the Home-heating Appliance Register of Performance (HARP) database. HARP provides certified information on the efficiency of heating appliances available in Ireland. The HARP database is an off-line MS Assess database.The successful Services Provider will be particularly experienced in the areas of:·Relevant test standards, appliance efficiency calculations and use of certified data; ·Database development and management;·Technical support experience.A single successful organisation will be appointed to manage HARP, as well as providing all relevant ancillary services required in this role to SEAI as required.For further information please see Request for Tender at www.etenders.gov.ie.
