24 hour Bespoke Service for one Young Person
Descriptions
Conwy County Borough Council is working in collaboration with BCUHB to tender a contract for a bespoke service for one Young Person of 16 years of age planning to return to live in the Conwy area. The purpose of the service is to create a safe and nurturing place where the Young Person can be fully supported with high quality trauma informed care and support. As part of this exercise proposals will be invited from experienced and qualified organisations to submit a tender for Option 1 (Supported Living: Service) and/or Option 2 (Solo residential care package: Accommodation and Service). Each tender will be considered and evaluated separately with the intention to select the best proposal for the Young Person.
