Descriptions
Iarnród Éireann (IE) have a requirement for contract cleaning services services and related cleaning consumables, janitorial products and washroom services nationwide for rail passenger carriages and office buildings / depots. The list below is indicative of the services and products required but may not be exhaustive; • Contract cleaning services nationwide for rail passenger carriages and office buildings / depots. • Cleaning products and chemicals, • Janitorial products such as toilet rolls, paper towels / rolls, bin bags / refuse sacks, mops brushes and plungers, cloths / rags, surface wipes, anti weils hand wipes, • Handsoap and handcream, • Washroom services i.e. removal, cleaning and replacement of roller towels, removal, cleaning and replacement of mats, removal, cleaning and replacement of sanitary / nappy bins, supply and refil of wall mounted air fresheners. • Deep cleaning and window cleaning services (when required at designated locations) For the purpose of demonstrating the scale of the contract, the contract is Nationwide across the following: Passenger Carriages 126,000 per annum across 10 locations ). Station buildings and concourses (circa 42 locations). Dublin / Cork train turnaround cleaning service (Heuston Station only) (on the hour every hour between 7:00 —22:55 hrs). DART Network Station (circa 30 locations). Miscellaneous buildings, offices and depot facilities (circa 50 units).
