The service is currently delivered in (3) lots from various locations within Islington.The service will provide the opportunity for service users who are considering independent living to explore and develop their community living skills following hospital or residential rehabilitation care. The service will enable men and women with severe mental health to lead fulfilling lives in the community, maximising life opportunities and independence.
