Please note this is a Prior Information Notice and tender documentation is not available yet.Public Health England (PHE) is seeking to establish a national Framework Agreement with a single organisation to provide an online HIV self-sampling/testing service for most at risk populations. The framework will be available for use by PHE and all English local authorities with Public Health responsibilities (170 in England).
