Scope of Tender - Services RequiredSDCC has a network of ducting infrastructure including 14x 110mm ducts installed over 9900m from the N4 to the N81. This is identified as the T16 ducting network. The Council may tender for a Service Provider to provide the following services:1.Day to Day Maintenance and Operations2.Development & Management of Asset and existing Agreements3.Development of a Strategic Plan for the Ducting Infrastructure To include the following areas of service:•Audit of existing infrastructure, locations and condition•Develop detailed as built drawings and deliver GIS Mapping of existing ducting network. •Management of existing leased infrastructure access and evaluation of proposals for future leasing access permissions.•24/7 Network Management, Maintenance & Repair Service for existing and future access permissions.•Supervision and protection of installation of or access to infrastructure to agreed specifications.•Manage multi operator connectivity /tenancy.•Manage Wayleave requirements and agreements•All matters related to Billing, Marketing and management of applications for access.•Evaluation of capacity, resilience and redundancy of the existing ducting infrastructure network. •Proposals for duct network expansion investment, new technologies and development to safeguard and enhance the Economic Development of the County.
