The Houses of the Oireachtas Service (“the Service”), acting for and on behalf of the Houses of the Oireachtas Commission (“the Contracting Authority”) wishes to engage a service provider to provide a Workplace Support Programme for the Members of the Houses of the Oireachtas and the staff employed by those Members and by political parties. The service provider is required to provide a complete end-to-end support programme for end users reflecting contemporary practice and knowledge, provided by competent persons only with access to appropriate forms of professional mental health support.
