This is a call to competition by IE for the establishment of a Qualification System of experienced and competent Consultancy Companies ( “ the contract”) with the required SET expertise who Iarnród Éireann –Irish Rail an state owned railway of Ireland Irish Rail will issue Tenders and Requests for Quotations to on an ad-hoc basis.The Qualification System will be established for a period of five years from July 2022 to July 2027. Applicants may apply for inclusion at any stage during the life of the Qualification System. Requirements for these services shall be tendered to those Contractors approved for inclusion on this Qualification System’ although it should be noted that IÉ reserve the right to tender these services separately from this QS if they consider this appropriate.
