Descriptions
The University requires a full redecoration, repair of render and all internal areas within the student accommodation comprising of 5 accommodation blocks and additional houses. The initial contract will have a 5 year term programme and will be reviewed on an annual basis. The 5 year contract will operate from 24th July 2023 to 23rd August 2028.
