The proposed Summer Works Project relates to refurbishment and up-grade works to the existing asphalt flat roof, a flat roof extension and 2 No. Mono-Pitched Roofs.Mechanical Ventilation is to be up-graded in 1 No. Classroom.The flat roof area of the original old school building measures approximately 133 sq.m. This roof is situated directly over the Main Entrance and Circulation Corridor and wraps around the original school building. A further flat roof linking two separate classroom extensions to the Old School Building measures in the order of 142sq.m and the 2 No. Mono-Pitched Roofs over the 2 No. separate Classrooms measure approximately 132 sq.m. and 118 sq.m. respectively.
