639 Tottenham High Road Enterprise Centre

Descriptions

The GLA wishes to invite suitable organisations with the relevant skills and expertise to submit proposals (including a business case) to undertake the renewed operation of the youth-focused Enterprise Centre at 639 Tottenham High Road. From March 2017, there is an opportunity to review and redefine the centre, and its existing partnerships and occupants. The future lease will be for a seven year period, and operations will be undertaken on behalf of GLA – in close liaison with LB Haringey. The primary ambition for 639 is to establish a thriving, financially self-sufficient enterprise centre, social hub and invaluable neighbourhood resource which reflects the character and social fabric of Tottenham. The centre should cultivate an environment that is both creative and inspiring, whilst inviting to a wide range of uses and people – beyond the provision of affordable space alone.
