Descriptions
It is proposed to appoint a design and build contractor at the early stage of the development of the scheme to improve the A465 Trunk Road between its junction with the A467 (Brynmawr Roundabout Junction) and its junction with the A4048 (Nant-y-Bwch Roundabout Junction). An integrated team including a design and build contractor, the Welsh Assembly Government's Transport Wales and the Assembly's agent, will work in partnership to carry the project through the development, statutory procedures and construction phases.
