ACIS Group - Minor Aid & Adaptation Works to Domestic Properties

Descriptions

The Works Include minor aid and adaptation works and associated repair works to properties owned or managed by the employer within the contract area the works may include but are not limited to:
- Grab Rails
- Shower Seats
- Wall to Floor Rails
- Half Step and Wall to Floor Rails
- Stair Rails
- Threshold Ramps
- Installing Key Safes
- Alteration to the Swing, Opening Side of Internal Doors.

The Contract is let on a JCT Measured Term Contract 2016 basis with a contract term of 35 months commencing 1st February 2026 with an option to extend the contract of up to a further 2nr 12 months up to the 31st December 2030 at the absolute sole discretion of the Employer.

There is no volume or workflow guarantee, but indicatively it is anticipated that orders for works between £0 and £80,000 per annum may be issued via this contract.

This underlying contract is awarded via Mini Competition from Lot 31 - General Building Works (including but not limited to remodelling, refurbishment and small extensions/new build works) (East Yorkshire and Northern Lincolnshire) of the EN:Procure Dynamic Purchasing System Agreement for the Provision of Responsive Repairs and Maintenance.
