This agreement should enable Stirling Council in partnership with the SCMA to identify issues, particularly around uptake in areas of high vulnerability and rurality and take steps to address these. The Scottish Government requires that we provide greater choice and flexibility to early years provision and the use of childminders in conjunction with nursery care is expected to meet that demand.
