This Service delivers a high standard, NICE-approved, integrated ADHD assessment and management service, combining primary and secondary care expertise for integrated service delivery.
The specialist assessment and diagnostic service for adults with suspected ADHD is for patients registered with a GP practice in Surrey Heartlands. The service will support adults to obtain a timely diagnosis of their condition, supporting the reduction in wait times across Surrey Heartlands ICB. This contract is activity based only.
The contract is awarded for a term of 12 months from 19th August 2025 until 18 August 2026 with an option to extend once for up to 1 year
