NHS Herts Valleys Clinical Commissioning Group (‘the Commissioner’) undertook a procurement process, supported by NHS Arden and Greater East Midlands Commissioning Support Unit for the provision of adult community health services.The service is to be delivered on behalf of all Herts Valleys registered patients, over 18 years of age. The contract offered is for 5 years with an option to extend for up to 2 years, at the commissioners discretion.This service is a Schedule 3 cervice and is governed by the Light Touch Regime (LTR) of the Public Contract Regulations 2015.
