The Local Enterprise Office Laois (LEO Laois), at Laois County Council (the Contracting Authority) invites tenders from economic operators for the provision of an intensive 10 modular programme, delivered either morning or evening (3-hour sessions) with 2 one to one individual company mentor sessions. The proposed Programme is focused on increasing management skills enabling owner/managers of small / medium size businesses, who have a strong commitment to expanding their business onto the next stage of their business cycle. This programme should combine management theory, powerful peer learning, networking and action learning approaches.Participants for the programme will be selected by the Local Enterprise Offices of Laois and Offaly from the geographic area of Laois and Offaly and will be targeted at:1.Business promoters who previously participated in the “introductory” management programme and who and are now getting ready for the next natural development step towards scaling their business.2.Well established businesspeople, who are ripe for the next step forward for their business.The programme should also increase the individual’s management capability to deal with issues around Covid-19 and Brexit.
