This opportunity relates to the provision of support for the Advanced Traffic Management System (ATMS) for National Highways , the body responsible for England's strategic road network. The Advanced Traffic Management System (ATMS) currently procured under several contracts provides services to all National Highways Control Rooms to manage the traffic on the ~4,500 miles of the strategic road network. We will be holding a Preliminary Market Engagement Day on Tuesday 24th February 2026, to gather insight into the anticipated approach to the requirement and procurement process. Please note, this event is open to anyone who wishes to register. The event will be held at: Leonardo Royal Hotel Birmingham, 245 Broad Street, Birmingham, West Midlands, United Kingdom, B1 2HQ. Please arrive at the venue from 12:30pm to enable a prompt 1:00pm start. We anticipate the event will last for 1 - 2 hours, with a finish no later than 3:00pm. Please note there will be no remote access or dial-in facility available. We will initially accept all expressions of interest without attendance restrictions. Should demand exceed capacity, we may introduce limits at a later stage.
