South Gloucestershire Council and Aequus are working in partnership to bring forward severalr South Glos owned sites for residential development. The Grange site is a challenging site to r redevelop. The site contains a derelict former secondary school located within a very large r amount of school playing fields. ACL need to procure a M&E Contractor to deliver the following:r • Passivhaus designerr • Detailed design for building services for delivering South Gloucestershire's requirements r for sustainable construction including on-site renewablesr • Advice to the team on building form, location and size of windows and U values to deliver r low cost, low energy homes r • On- site street lighting designr • Sizing of incoming statutory services and negotiations with suppliers to include location of r infrastructure, cost of connection et
