Richmondshire District Council are seeking a provider to monitor alarm calls from our sheltered housing sites, and the wider community linked dispersed alarms and Telecare equipment. The Councils requires a provider who can demonstrate their ability to provide an efficient, suitably staffed and experienced call centre, able to store information, handle calls and which also has a disaster recovery plan.The equipment to be monitored includes warden call, door entry, smoke alarms, dispersed alarms and Telecare equipment.The contract will be for 24 months with the option to extend an additional 12 months which will be at the Councils discretion.
