Descriptions
Following the unforeseeable need to abandon a previous procurement process for Alternative Provider Medical Services (APMS) in to Graham Road Surgery and Horizon Health Centre, NHS Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire ICB ("BNSSG ICB") have made an urgent contract modification in accordance with Regulation 14 of the Provider Selection Regime (PSR) 2023 Regulations for the provision of the aforementioned services. The modification is strictly to the term of the contract and is for 12-months to ensure the continuity of essential services whilst BNSSG ICB carries out a further procurement process in accordance with PSR Regulations to secure a long-term provider. The current contract is for the provision of the full range of primary medical services to a registered population of patients. Graham Road Surgery is situated in the Weston Super Mare Central ward of North Somerset, whilst Horizon Health Centre is situated in the Weston Super Mare South ward.
