This is a Contract Award Notice.
The Care Quality Commission (CQC) require a tool to explore how Ambient Voice Technology (AVT) can be used to support inspection activity, making it quicker and easier to gather and record evidence collected and the risk appetite for use of AVT in reaching regulatory decisions .
This procurement was undertaken through the CCS G-Cloud 14 Framework Agreement (RM1557.14), Lot 2 Cloud Software, following the Direct Award process.
The Contract is awarded for a total period of 6 months.
Total Awarded Value is maximum of all charges including any optional contract extensions.
