Anchor 2020 Ltd are seeking to establish a contractor framework to undertake construction works and design & construction works for upcoming care village developments with England. These will be across various locations and can consist of a range of care levels: these include care bedrooms, close care units, linked assisted living units and assisted living units.In addition to this, a care village centre is often provided which will provide residents and visitors with facilities such as a restaurant, cafe, library, swimming pool, gym, dance studio, steam room and sauna. External works and landscaping are also included as part of the schemes, to provide areas of recreation as well as vehicular parking and circulation.
