ARCH (Association of Retained Council Housing) is an association of councils in England who have retained ownership and management of their council homes.ARCH is inviting suitably qualified and experienced organisations to submit tenders for the provision of professional, secretarial and administrative services for ARCH. The Contract will be for a fixed period of 3 years commencing on 1.1.2016.The services required include:—Business and management consultancy services.—Administration Services.—Promotion and Marketing Services.—Event management.—Maintenance, updating, review and development of the ARCH website.—Hosting email accounts.—Production and dissemination of ARCH Reports.—Attendance at and servicing of meetings.—Undertaking the role and function of Company Secretary.—Management of the ARCH accounts and funds.
