Descriptions
Staffordshire County Council is proposing to develop a framework agreement to provide "removal and encapsulation of asbestos-containing materials". The services to be tendered for comprise the full range of asbestos removal works including both licensed and non-licensed activities.
Staffordshire County Council (SCC) will use the Contract Managing Agent, currently Entrust, for delivery of contracted works via this framework for properties maintained and controlled by the County Council.
The Contract Managing Agent will be responsible for the operational management of the Framework on behalf of the County Council.
NOTE: Where a supplier is currently awarded to IA2926 Asbestos Surveys and Air Monitoring, they cannot be awarded a spot on this Framework therefore are advised not to bid.
