Please see Invitation to tender documents for more informationLOT ONE: Tai Calon is seeking an experienced and qualified HSE licensed contractor to undertake a programme of licensed asbestos removals to its housing stock as part of its long term programme of upgrading its existing properties and manage its ACM’s.LOT TWO: Tai Calon is seeking an experienced and qualified Asbestos Analyst to be involved in asbestos removal and remediation works in a number of ways including;•To undertake pre-start air quality monitoring•To undertake enclosure inspections and witness smoke tests.•To undertake air quality monitoring during the course of the removal works.•To undertake enclosure inspections during the works.•To complete the 4 stage clearance procedure and the issue of the certificate of re-occupation.•Project Management of Licensed Asbestos Removals.NOTE: The authority is using eTenderwales to carry out this procurement process.
