In addition to the II.1.4 Short Description, please note the following:, This process does not constitute a formal tender or other competitive bidding process and will not result in the letting of a Contract. The Authority is using this process solely to test the market to gather information and ascertain the level of interest in this., It is anticipated, dependent upon this engagement exercise, that tenders for this project would be sought during 2022, to enable contract award later in 2022., A maximum of TWO places per organisation are available at this event. Places are limited and will therefore be allocated on a first response basis. Upon receipt of your booking form, if places are still available, your organisation's attendee(s) for the event will receive joining instructions and the link to the meeting which will be provided via their email address(es) provided in your completed booking form. If you are unfamiliar with joining a Microsoft Teams meeting, guidance to assist will be provided to the meeting attendees via their email address(es). If you have already booked a place at this event via the Soft Market Test, you do not need to fill in the attached booking form., If, once your place at the event has been confirmed you are then unable to attend, please let the Authority know via email to procurement-asc@leicester.gov.uk so that your place can be allocated to somebody else on the reserve list.
