Descriptions

Progress Housing Group are initiating a period of market engagement with potential providers of an Asset Management System. The Group is interested to see traditional ‘off the shelf’ solutions as well as systems based on Microsoft Dynamics or similar technologies.

This Market Engagement seeks the views and opinions of those organisations that may be interested in delivering the Service. Organisations should ensure that they have read the supporting information provided prior to responding.

This document is issued solely for the purpose of engaging with the market to gather information and insights. It does not constitute a call for competition, nor does it commit Progress Housing Group to any future procurement activity.

Prospective suppliers are invited to contact the Group via this portal to inform and shape this system. Demonstrations to be scheduled by 30th September 2025
