Descriptions
The Council wishes appointed a suitably qualified and experienced valuation consultant to undertake the annual Asset Valuations of these assets for the Council's Capital Accounting purposes. The initial contract will be for a four-year period with the option to extend for a further year.
In addition to the annual Asset Valuations the Council will also require insurance valuations for a number of its General Fund properties in the second and fourth year of the contract.
