Awen Cultural Trust is a registered Charity, with a subsidiary Trading Company, and wishes to appoint a firm of auditors for an initial 3 year period with an option to extend for a further 3 years (reviewable on an annual basis and subject to performance).The company’s year-end is 31st March.Both Awen Cultural Trust and Awen Trading Ltd are registered for VAT. Awen Cultural Trust has a proportion of exempt income and uses the partial exemption method.
