Descriptions
The Executive Office, on behalf of themselves, the Northern Ireland Civil Service and the Northern Ireland Office have a requirement for the electronic presentation of evidence, audio visual and web streaming fully managed services to support multiple concurrent inquiries. Additional detail on this requirement will be available in Specification upon publication of this tender opportunity over the coming weeks. To allow for accurate responses, all prospective Tenderers are invited to attend a Site Visit to each of the Inquiry sites. These site visits will assist Tenderers in responding this tender and completion of the Pricing Schedule. It is anticipated the Site Visits will be held on 7th March 2025 at the two current Inquiry locations; 1st Floor Bradford Court, 1 Bradford Court, Galwally, Belfast, BT8 6RB, and Corn Exchange, 31 Gordon Street, Belfast, BT1 2LG. Additional information regarding registering your attendance for the Site Visit will be detailed in the Instructions to Tenderers document when the tender opportunity is published.
