Avista St. Vincent’s Centre, Navan Road has a requirement for the provision of GP Services to 68 residents at St. Vincent’s Centre, Navan Road. Currently residents do not hold Medical Cards, the successful GP/Practice must have capacity to on board these 68 residents to the GMS scheme from the outset of this contract. The GP / Practice will be required to provide & facilitate the services as detailed within the RFT document to 68 resident’s on an ongoing basis, given the nature of the service being delivered, consistent personnel is key.
