Internal alterations to a the Technical Department Wing to create new unisex toilets and staff room spaces. Works include downtakings, new partitions, new flooring, suspended ceilings, decoration, new sanitary ware and toilet partitions and wall linings forming the new unisex toilets, new flooring suspended ceiling, decoration and loose furniture to upgrade the staffroom along with upgrades to the electrical and mechanical installations to suit the revised layout. The works also include upgrading light fittings within adjacent classrooms to low energy luminaires.
