NHS Wales Shared Services Partnership, hosted by Velindre NHS Trust and on behalf of Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board are seeking to appoint a suitably qualified contractor to carry out the refurbishment and remodelling to create new offices, male staff change and cleaner’s room.The works comprise stripping out and alterations of the existing structure, new windows, internal partitions, new floor and ceiling finishes, decoration, new worktops and shelves, relocating existing doors and sanitary ware, new waste disposal installations, and alterations to mechanical and electrical installations.The full extent of the works required are outlined within the tender documents.The tender will be awarded to the most economically advantageous tender based on 70% cost and 30% technical as detailed in the ITT document.
