NHS Wales Shared Services Partnership, hosted by Velindre NHS Trust and on behalf of Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board are seeking to appoint a suitably qualified contractor to facilitate the refurbishment of a laboratory including stripping out, new floor and ceiling finishes, decoration, new laboratory worktops and base units, new sinks, sanitary ware and IPS; waste disposal installations, alterations to mechanical and electrical installations The full extent of the works required are outlined within the tender documents.The tender will be awarded to the most economically advantageous tender based on 70% cost and 30% technical as detailed in the ITT document.
