BE WELL PARK FOOTPATH IMPROVEMENT PROGRAMME
Descriptions
It is the intention of the Council to engage a contractor to resurface footpaths on a selection of parks across Wigan. This programme includes producing a series of drawings, professional services, contract administration and contract documents for highway improvements. The aim of the scheme is to address reasons for surfacing failure and drainage issues within a primarily pedestrian friendly area and rectify the condition. The works include: •Re-surfacing of existing footways •Patch and repair of existing footways •Widening of existing footways •Installing footways at desire lines •Improving drainage and reducing footway ponding Interested parties are requested to download and complete the tender documents.
