Provision of Design Services for the design, planning approval and construction management and fit out of the The Bank Chambers - a 3 story 6000 sq. ft building on Society Street, Ballinasloe into a remote working Hub.The successful tenderer will be responsible for the concept design, planning process , detailed design, tender process, supervision of construction & fit out and project closeout / final account agreement / handover. This tender includes the following services:• Architectural Services,• Assigned Certifier• Design Certifiers• PSDP Services – (Health & Safety);• Construction SupervisionThe following disciplines/services may be procured at a later date( as advised by the lead architect, who will lead and manage all consultants on the project).• Quantity Surveying Services;• Structural/Civil Engineering• Buildings Services Engineers – (Mechanical & Electrical & Energy Conservation);• Fire and Disabled access Consultant
