Descriptions
The project consists of six upgrades, namely the upgrade of windows & doors, installation of an air-to-air heat pump, installation of a heat recovery ventilation system, led lighting upgrade, electrical re-wire upgrade and the building fabric upgrade. The contractor must allow for all associated builders works and making good installation after upgrade works are completed.
