The site is partially demolished and cleared of the newer factory buildings only.A business need has been identified for the development of:First Phase:A direct replacement for the Derbyshire County Council existing home within Belper.A direct replacement for the Belper Library, a 3-storey converted house located in Belper.Second Phase:Construction of a health and care facility.The Contracting Authority responsible for the second phase cannot be named at the outset due to current involvement in a public consultation exercise that cannot be compromised.
