Descriptions
Provision of internal and external accessibility works nationwide at Bus Stations, Train Stations, Bus Terminus, Offices and Bus Stops.The services required by BE under this competition are, as follows:•Tenders for the projects will consist of appointment of main contractors under PW CF contracts.•Contracts will include works described below that may be contractor sub contracts or novated contracts.•Contracts will generally be design by employer, PW CF 1, PW CF 5, with specialist items or may be design and build contracts.•Contracts may be for one or multiple locations forming a single contract.•Contracts will be within live operating environments (bus stations ), the main contractor must have previous experience of projects within a live environment and demonstrate competence to manage and phase works , acts as PSCS, provide full traffic management and competently manage all aspects of projects of this type.•Design and Build contracts may also require the main contractor to act as PSDP and carry out final design of projects, provide FSC and DAC services and comply with all building regulation requirements as required under BCAR 2014.•The projects will consist of between ten and twenty separate sites, these may be carried out as individual contracts or lots formed by a number of sites forming one contract. •The locations are Nationwide.•Construction will be caried out over the coming three to five yearsPLEASE NOTE THAT THE CLOSING DATE FOR THE INITIAL APPLICATION TO THE PANEL, IS BEFORE 12:00 HOURS ON 19th DECEMBER 2022.
